How to Enter

Call for Entries Begins October 22, 2009

There are two ways in which you may enter the festival:

1. Via our downloadable Film Entry Package
   • To get started, download our PDF Film Entry Package, fill out the entry form using Adobe Acrobat,
     print all pages, sign and mail along with your film and entry fee (in US dollars).
   • You must complete one entry form for each film entered.
   • Further details and shipping instructions can all be found on the entry package.
2. Electronically though Withoutabox.com
   • The Charlotte Film Festival accepts paperless entries submitted via The International Film Festival Submission System (BrigitFest) - on the Web at Withoutabox.com.
   • Withoutabox provides cost-saving, online entry allowing you and us to process your film more quickly and with greater accuracy. Withoutabox users enjoy the advantages of Extended Deadlines and Online Press Kit submissions. Furthermore, filmmakers with an upgraded project on Withoutabox receive $5.00 off their entry fees.
