Online Ticket Sales

All ticket and pass sales are final.

There will be no refund or exchanges unless the show is canceled. There are NO online ticket purchase service charges. Advance ticket sales at reduced onlne price end at midnight on September 20th.

Attention: Tickets purchased online will NOT be mailed to you.

After your online ticket purchase has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email, which you can use to pick up your tickets at the "Will Call" table(s) of the venue(s) where each screening or event is taking place. A photo ID or the credit card which you used to make your online purchase can also be used to verify your identity.

"Will Call" opens 30 minutes before each day's first event.

Passes

Purchasing a pass instead of individual tickets will save you money, so we hope you will consider doing so. View a listing of available passes. Passes do not guarantee admission to any screening until used to secure entry at the door. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. No refunds or exchanges.

5-Pack - includes 5 General Admission tickets - $35 online.
Good for five (5) admissions to any screening

Panel Pass - $125 online.
Good for admission for one (1) person to ALL panels, labs and workshops.

All-Movie Pass - $55 online. (Minimum savings: $24)
Good for admission for one (1) person to ALL screenings, excluding the Opening Night Film. Passes do not guarantee admission to any screening until used to secure entry at the door.

All-Access VIP Pass - $110 online (Minimum savings: $154)
Good for admission for one (1) person to ALL screenings, panels, and parties. Limit one (1) ticket per show/event. Passes do not guarantee admission to any screening until used to secure entry at the door.

Same-Day Tickets - Cash Only

Same day tickets are available at the venue where the event/screening is taking place and will be available 90 minutes prior to the show/event start time.

We recommend you arrive at least 30 minutes before the show/event start time. Ticket availability is not guaranteed.

Will Call

All tickets and passes purchased online must be picked up at "Will Call".

A photo ID or the last four digits of the credit card which you used to make the ticket purchase will be required at this time to verify your identity. "Will Call" opens 30 minutes before each day's first event.

Buy Like A Pro

Choosing from so many movies and panels may seem a bit daunting at first, but with these helpful tips under your belt, you can glide through the Festival like a pro.

Consider a Pass or Package - Consider a pass or ticket package, which gets you a greater level of access and lets you bypass the line of people waiting to pay cash for their tickets. Best of all, you can buy one right now! Restriction: Pass does not guarantee admission until used to secure actual show ticket at the event.

Know Your Movies - The Charlotte Film Festival will show too many movies for our Box Office attendants and other volunteers to be familiar with every one of them. Your best bet is to pick what you want to see by researching the listings in this program. Decision-making should be a lot easier once you've mapped out your options.

Have Backup Choices - By mapping out optional movie, panel, and time selections beforehand, you're sure to have a Plan B in case your first choice appears as "Door Sales Only". You may even end up liking your alternate choice more than the original.

Pick Up Your Tickets Early - Avoid long lines at the venues' Will Call desks by picking up your online tickets as early in the day as you can.

Arrive Early - The Charlotte Film Festival offers passes and "General Admission" admission tickets in addition to regular screenings tickets, so you MUST arrive at least 20 minutes prior to your event start time to guarantee admission.
