Award Nominees Announced
We are pleased to officially announce the 2012 CFF Award Nominees. This year, the festival will hand out 10 juror-chosen awards at the Festival’s Awards Presentation on Monday, March 5th. The event starts at 7 PM, and takes place at Epicentre Theaters in uptown Charlotte. Tickets are $15 and include admission to the feature-length fiction film “A Box For Rob” that will immediately follow the presentation.

Film selections have been made, the program guide has gone to print, posters are ready to be distributed, and while the award jurors deliberate on which of this year’s 73 FILMS to pick as winners, we are fine tuning the online schedule and getting ready to make some announcements in the next couple of days. CFF partners with Working Films to promote screening
The CFF has partnered with Working Films, Equality NC, and HRC to promote the official selection documentary Question One. The movie chronicles the fierce and emotional battle that took place in Maine during the 2009 election to reverse that state’s previously granted right for same-sex couples to marry. Read More

The final submission deadline to the 2012 Charlotte Film Festival has come and gone. Good luck to everyone who submitted a film.
